Tremblant was not an available option this year for Loudoun County. So it was time for a New Canada trip adventure!

In the last two years, the resort management and the condo owners have been reducing student group space for trips at the resort in favor of families.

Loudoun County had two possible holiday weekends in January. Martin Luther King Weekend and the Movable Student Holiday at the end of January.

The extremely limited space that Tremblant offered for those two weekends was not enough to accommodate Loudoun County students.

In the 1980’s when Ski Travel was founded, Mont St Anne in Québec City was our main destination for many years. It is a “world-class ski resort” Many people in Québec prefer Mont St. Anne over Mont Tremblant for skiing and snowboarding. In addition, the students will also get an opportunity to ski Stoneham Mountain.

For the last few years, we were also seeking an option for students who have been to Tremblant for multiple years. Québec City is recognized around the world as a major winter destination due to the incredible activities and exciting winter atmosphere the city provides.

In addition, we worked very hard for the students of Loudoun County to secure lodging in one of the most famous hotels in the world, the Five Star Chateau Frontenac! The trip also includes much more:

  • Two breakfasts
  • Two Ski Mountains, Mont St. Anne, and Stoneham
  • Free access to the Club Frontenac Pool and Spa
  • Bellman services for the student’s luggage
  • And of course the incredible Québec City!
