Student Pickup on Departure Date

Students are to be picked up at  bus/ staff location, usually a shopping center, near the high school through which they signed up for the trip. A few days prior to the trip, you will be notified by mail with the time and location.

LUGGAGE LIMIT: Please remember to limit your luggage to one large bag, one small carry-on bag and ski equipment or snowboard.

Students may take food and drink with them on the bus. We also recommend a pillow and a blanket to make the ride more comfortable. The bus makes several stops along the way, including a stop for dinner, breaks and a stop for new drivers to board in New York state.

Return Time and Location

Students are dropped off at the same location where the bus departed from several days earlier.  Generally, the time of return is early in the morning, around 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. Weather conditions and mechanical problems can affect the scheduled time. You can visit the website after 8 p.m. on the night before the day of our return and during the night for updated information on arrival times. Updates are given only if necessary. If there’s no change from the original time, there will be no news.

Visit the confirmation page after 8 p.m. on the night prior to return.
